Brooke joined University of Michigan Health-West in 2018 as the quality coordinator and data abstractor for the MSSIC collaborative. Prior to her transition into quality, Brooke spent 10 years at Spectrum Health Butterworth as a charge nurse on the inpatient oncology and blood marrow transplant unit. In 2015, Brooke accepted the role as the Nurse Manager with Cancer and Hematology Centers of Western Michigan, overseeing both Lacks Cancer Center in Grand Rapids and the Johnson Family Cancer Center in Muskegon. Brooke is a certified oncology nurse (OCN). Brooke has a Bachelor of Health Science from Grand Valley State University, an Associate Degree of Nursing from Lake Michigan College, and a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialty in organizational leadership and management.
