Join MSSIC
- Perform a minimum of 200 spine surgeries annually
- Have the active participation of both Neurosurgeons and Orthopedic Surgeons
- Commit to the use of a standard patient registry
- Commit to active participation in collaborative quality improvement activities
- Have, or hire, a data abstractor, registered health information technician, research nurse or clinical reviewer to abstract data into the project registry
- Commitment of at least one orthopedic surgeon and one neurosurgeon who will be active participants in collaborative activities
- Have an active quality improvement structure and process
